We are passionate about redefining the standard for contractors—centering honesty, transparency, professionalism, and excellence in every step of our process.
As original pioneers in car wash construction, we built our reputation by completing over 120 car washes in and around Colorado, earning recognition as the most experienced and specialized contractor in that field.
Now, we’ve expanded our expertise to tackle all types of commercial building projects. We’ve grown a lot over the years, but one thing has never changed—our commitment to the same integrity, specialization, and client-first approach that has defined every stage of our story.

Peter Chapa
Peter started his mentorship with our Founder, Aaron, while completing his senior year of high school and has worked his way up from a general laborer to Principal and COO of Aslan Corporation. Developing a passion for the construction process, Peter spent many long months and years diving deep into the details of construction methodology and systemization. Having spent many years in the field before transitioning into management, Peter is able to quickly resolve questions or discrepancies on any job. His experience consists of project managing over 70 carwash builds and many other commercial projects in his tenure with the company.
Peter loves seeing Aslan’s passionate team of subject matter experts come together to do something great. He feels honored to serve this team and his mission is to provide a conduit through which each individual can excel and explore their giftings, while glorifying God and providing for their families in the process.
Peter is a husband of over 10 years and a father to 3 beautiful daughters. As an avid outdoorsman, he spends his free time exploring in nature with his family. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, hiking, or camping, if he isn’t on a jobsite or in the office, you can find Peter up in the mountains or down on the lake with his family.
Paul Graumann
After a lifetime in both residential and commercial construction, Paul was pleased to join the Aslan team where his focus on relationships was a perfect fit. Previously specializing in gas stations and auto service buildings, he came to Aslan as an accomplished Superintendent, quickly shifting to the General Superintendent role.
Paul’s favorite part of being on the Aslan team is having a mentoring influence and implementing systems that will continue to build improvements and increase efficiency. He’s found that, often, long-time relationships built on mutual trust remain invaluable when it comes to accomplishing project goals and meeting deadlines.
Paul has been married to his wife Melissa for over 35 years now, and they are constantly enjoying family activities with their three adult children and their respective families. He and Melissa have an ‘Open Nesting’ tradition of hospitality—often welcoming others into their home, whether for a short visit, a shared meal, or an extended stay. They are also proud to be consistently involved in their local church.
Recently, they have enjoyed learning ballroom dancing (just in the last couple of years), traveling, and partaking in life’s great adventures in the beautiful state of Colorado together. They particularly appreciate the regional hot spots that might be less touristed, but well-known among locals.
Roksanne Cantrell
Roksanne has been a valued member of the Aslan team since 2012. With a background in accounting and an Administrative Assistant Certificate, Roksanne currently serves as Controller, bringing expertise and dedication to the company’s financial operations.
What Roksanne loves most about being part of the Aslan team is the company’s unwavering commitment to its core values and its emphasis on building meaningful relationships.
Outside of work, Roksanne enjoys spending time outdoors, whether fishing, hiking, or simply appreciating nature with family. Married for over 3 years, Roksanne is proud to be a parent to two beautiful step-daughters. Additionally, she finds joy and purpose in contributing to the Children’s ministry at her church, embracing this fulfilling challenge with enthusiasm and heart.
Justin Weber
Justin began his journey in plumbing in 1999, working with an old family friend. Through hard work and dedication, he quickly advanced to managing large crews on multifamily residential projects. In 2008, he transitioned to a company specializing in large custom homes, where he built lasting relationships with some of Denver’s top builders.
Over two years ago, Justin joined Aslan Corporation, where he launched a plumbing division within the company. Under his leadership, the division has expanded to specialize in car wash construction while also branching into various areas of plumbing, including commercial and residential projects, snowmelt systems, and more.
One of Justin’s favorite aspects of being part of Aslan is the opportunity to prioritize the highest quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, all while maintaining competitive pricing that sets the company apart. He takes pride in upholding strong ethics and complete honesty—values he instills in every member of his team. Above all, he appreciates that Aslan places Christian faith at the forefront of its mission and practices.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and his wife, Jennifer. He can often be found outdoors, doing activities like hiking, biking, fishing, and hunting. In the warmer months, he’s an avid golfer. In the winter, he loves skiing and occasionally playing in hockey games.
Phil Lobo
As the Roofing & Exteriors Division Director, Phil is responsible for developing and implementing detailed processes to drive efficiency and consistency. A key part of this role involves training and guiding the Aslan team to execute these processes effectively, ensuring alignment and equipping employees to achieve company goals, particularly in the precise installation of roofing, siding, and other exterior construction materials.
Phil began his career as a sheet metal installer, eventually leading to the creation of his own sheet metal installation company. His journey eventually intersected with Aslan’s, where he found a home as a leader within the company.
He highly values Aslan’s exemplary company culture, where leaders meet employees wherever they are in their journey and guide them through training and development to become the best versions of themselves.
For Phil, any time spent with family is time well spent. As a proud Coloradoan, there’s always an opportunity to summit a 14er, carve down a slope, and, of course, enjoy some après time. Phil is married to the woman of his dreams, and together they are blessed with a daughter and a couple of fur babies.
