Aslan Corporation is collaborating with Aaravya Investments to construct a state-of-the-art travel center near the Denver International Airport in the Peña Boulevard Corridor, set to open in the summer of 2026.

The travel center, called Elevate, will be a convenient one-stop-shop for travelers heading into airport arrivals. The exterior will feature an express tunnel car wash, a 48-pump gas station, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and a dog park. Inside, travelers can enjoy an extensive convenience store with fresh food options, a Starbucks, a reservable conference room, a bar and lounge, and a rooftop deck.
Elevate is the first of its kind in the Peña Boulevard Corridor that combines unmatched convenience with intentional design. DIA travelers voiced the need for a gas station near arrivals, as previously one could only be found outside departures. The property will also feature a long-awaited addition to the existing cell phone lot with car sharing drop-off and complimentary shuttles to the Jeppesen Terminal.

Aslan Corporation was selected for their local expertise and unique qualifications to construct a travel center of this scale. Aslan has over 20 years of experience constructing automotive facilities in and around Colorado, so they know exactly what it takes to build durably and sustainably in the Rocky Mountain region.
Aslan brings extensive knowledge in infrastructure building, which was critical as the 6-acre Elevate site contained only one manhole prior to construction. With experience prepping large-scale raw dirt and pad-ready sites, the Aslan team was well prepared to build Elevate’s solid foundation from the ground up.
Sustainability was another key focus of construction to support Denver International Airport’s green building goals. The facility will feature solar panels, a water reclamation system for the car wash, and more to align with LEED Gold standards.

“Community-first and environmental stewardship are the roots of Elevate,” Aaravya Investments CEO Rutul Patel said. “We are excited for this solid investment at DEN and aim to be the crown jewel of DEN’s landside development, setting new standards in the convenience store category with focus on premium experience and outstanding customer service to DEN users.”
The grand opening is set to take place in the summer of 2026.
