This building features many operator upgrades that are not found on many washes. The owner, Jim is a veteran wash operator and has paid critical attention to the design of his first wash. Jim and the design team made a lot of modifications to the building to give a customer a cleaner and more desirable wash experience. This “GREEN” wash reduces water consumption by 50% and uses solar technology to run some of the car wash equipment reducing electrical consumption by 10%.
