Soapy Joe’s

This was a redeveloped site. A 1960’s 10 bay car wash demolished and a new 2 automatic and 4 self serve built. The owners were wonderful to work with and have brought new technology to town. South Dakota was a very cold place to work and had frequent temperatures at -10 degrees and an early snowstorm in October that dropped 4’ of snow. We did have weather challenges but the project got done in a normal time frame for car washes.
